In additionto the familiar names, maintaining achievements as a typical advanced unit fordecades, this year has more typical cooperatives. These are the cooperativesthat manage production effectively, with high revenue and efforts to overcomedifficulties to operate.

According to Mr. Phan Van Hung, Director of Xuan Quang 3Agricultural Service and Production Cooperative (Dong Xuan district), as a cooperative in mountainous areaswith special difficulties, limited economic conditions of the people, the work ofcapital mobilization andmodern production is still limited. Overcoming difficulties, the cooperative seeks tomobilize help from new rural construction programs, agricultural restructuring,production support for extremely difficult areas. Thanks to that, theproduction of farmers had become effective, the operation ofcooperatives also brought higher revenue than the previous year. For manyyears, the cooperative had a large accumulated capital with over 2.6 billion dong. Fromhere, the cooperative can open more business services. This is the first timethe cooperative is honored to receive a certificate of merit from the VietnamCooperative Alliance.

Hoa PhongAgricultural and Service Business Cooperative is known as the leading flag ofthe collective economic movement right from the first day of establishment,many times visited by senior leaders of the Party and State. Over the years,the cooperative still maintains this achievement. Hoa Phong Cooperative is currentlythe only unit in the province to complete the production chain on mulberrytrees.

Mr. NguyenNgoc Tuan, Director of Hoa Phong Cooperative, said: The unit maintains thisachievement because in each stage of development, the Board of Cooperatives alwayshas appropriate operation strategies. Currently, the cooperative maintains 10business and service services that give interest. From 2012 up to now, thecooperative has focused on successfully building a chain of production links onrice and mulberry trees in association with household economic development; Inparticular, for mulberry trees, cooperatives have managed from plantingmulberry to raising silkworms, collecting silkworm cocoons and silkworm pupae,producing silkworms and bringing products to market. The cooperative has atotal revenue of over 21 billion VND / year.

There arecooperatives mainly focus on managing production on rice but thanks to thedynamic that can open services for agriculture, master the value chainassociated with specific products. According to Mr. Tran Tan Khoa, Director ofAn Nghiep Agricultural Cooperative (Tuy An district), the cooperative hasgathered households to produce together to create a large variety of fields,meeting the demand for material areas for purchasing rice seeds enterprises.

Along withthe support of the program to provide each village a village product, thecooperative boldly builds the brand "Golden Flower Rice" toproactively output for the people. This product of the cooperative was presentin supermarkets and big rice selling agents of the province.
