The motivation and maturity of Vietnamesebusinesses and entrepreneurs come from the spirit of encouraging learning, reallearning - real doing. In a modern, professional business environment,businessmen - intellectuals go hand in hand, we call that the spirit ofbusiness intelligence.
Nowadays,the resources for studying are not difficult to find, the basic thing is thatevery entrepreneur must find a learning method that is right for himself. Wemust know that, the amount of change is the quality, the more we learn, thefaster we will approach new knowledge. Most entrepreneurs are busy and cannotarrange time for study. Therefore, each person must enlist and arrange theirown study time at anytime, anywhere, study at colleagues, even study at theirown competitors.

Anemployee who goes to school usually only changes himself, but if a"boss" goes to school, it not only changes himself but alsocontributes to changing a "society" behind them - the business thatthey are executive management. The learning of entrepreneurs is the sharing andexperience, the ones learned are only 30%, the remaining 70% are self-study,study in society, study at their own employees. However, most entrepreneurs inthe province have not focused on learning. Entrepreneurs are currently weak inprofessional knowledge, management knowledge (business management, humanresources, input ...).
Thelearning here is not only referencing and learning from previous people butalso arranging time to attend training courses, seminars, professional seminarsto improve management capacity, leading the business to develop. In fact, whenorganizing seminars, many businessmen are busy so they don't attend.
Inthe coming time, to contribute to improving the learning of business people,the Provincial Enterprises Association will organize seminars and seminarsrelated to the actual needs of the business to stimulate the initiative ofentrepreneurs when coming to these workshops.
