At the provincial LaborCulture House, the 11th Congress of the Provincial Fatherland Front,term 2019-2024 has just officially commenced.

During the past tenure, together with the Party Committee,authorities, Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has achieved manyoutstanding results. The Fatherland Front at all levels have focused on the propagandaand mobilization of ethnic minorities to unite, actively work and produce torise out of poverty, to build a cultural and urban civilized lifestyle.

Accordingly, the mobilization of For The Poor Fund reachednearly 70.3 billion VND. Along with other sources of mobilization, 3,145 greatunited houses were built with a total amount of over VND 98 billion. The socialsecurity program was mobilized with an average of over VND 181 billion / yearby the Fatherland Front and the campaign levels.

Thanks to the promotion of registration, review and recognitionof cultural families and cultural villages, so far the province has had 566/625cultural residential areas, reaching nearly 91%; 233,630 cultural households, surpassing90%.

Over the past years, the Fatherland Front at all levels andsocio-political organizations have effectively implemented the role ofsupervision, social and democratic criticism in the construction of the Party,building a clean and strong government. The Front has chaired and coordinatedto supervise over 1,300 topics, study and review 538 documents with contentsuitable to the actual situation of the locals concerned ...

Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front CentralCommittee Phung Tan Tai recognized and appreciated the 5-year operation resultsof the Fatherland Front of Phu Yen province. He suggested that the FatherlandFront at all levels should keep abreast of the political mission programs ofthe upcoming Party Congresses; continue to strongly focus on the basis ofgrasping people's hearts and aspirations, in order to improve the material andspiritual life, contributing to solving in time urgent problems in the people,creating social consensus.

Addressing to direct the meeting, Comrade Huynh Tan Viethighly appreciated and congratulated the achievements of the VFF at all levelsin the province during the last term.

Comrade Viet suggested that the Fatherland Front at alllevels in the province should continue to promote further the role ofstrengthening and strengthening the great national unity block; gathering,propagating and mobilizing people of all strata, creating a consensus and highagreement to well implement the Party's resolutions and the provincialdevelopment objectives and orientations.

Simultaneously, it is necessary to innovate to improve theeffectiveness of the propaganda of the people against the tricks of the hostileforces, to fight against, to divide, to undermine the great unity block tomaintain political stability, creating a favorable environment for theprovince's socio-econo development. The Fatherland Front further promotes itsrole as a bridge between Party committees, authorities and people.

With the spirit of "Solidarity, democracy, consensus,development", the meeting set out 5 action programs and solutions toconcretize the tasks of the Provincial Fatherland Front of the 11th term,tenure 2019-2024.

The Congress negotiated 85 positions as Commissioners of theProvincial Fatherland Front Committee of the 11th term, term of2019-2024. Comrade Nguyen Quoc Hoan, Member of the Standing Committee, Head ofthe Provincial Commission for Public Relations held the Chairmanship of theProvincial Fatherland Front Committee.
