According to the Provincial People's Committee,implementing financial mechanisms and policies for state-owned enterprisesrenovationtherelated departments andagencies as well as state-owned enterprises established by the Provincial People's Committee continueto strictly conduct the provisions of the province on overseeing the contents of managementuse of state capital and assets at theenterprises; capitalpreservation and business development; business activities of enterprises andthe implementation of policies for employees in enterprises, including thecontents of expenses for salaries and incomes of laborers and managers ofenterprises.
