The leaders of Phu Yen province were particularly impressed by thefact that for the past ten years, MarseilleCity has had abreakthrough thinking about the marine economy, in which there is the paralleldevelopment of seaports - sea travel - sea transport. Provence. Phu Yen also has various types ofmarine culture such as Cau Ngu festival, Hat Lang festival belonging to thecoastal culture etc. Plentiful sea breezes are favorable conditions for thefield of sailing, kayak and canoe race.
