The Provincial PartyCommittee has just organized a preliminary review of 3 years to implement thePolitburo Directive 05 on promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh'sideology, morality and style; 5 years of implementing the Plan 68 of theProvincial Standing Committee on the implementation of the model "Theagencies and units helping the communes and villages are difficult and theofficials, party members, civil servants and officials help the poor households”.

In the past 3 years, the Provincial Standing Committee of theParty has built many plans, and directed the Provincial Party Committee'sPropaganda and Training Committee to promulgate many documents guiding thestudy and follow Uncle Ho's example to the grassroots level. Since then,studying and following moral ideology and style of Ho Chi Minh has become aregular work and goes into the order of the party committees, partyorganizations, agencies and units. Localities, agencies and units wellimplement the study and follow Uncle Ho in association with the implementationof political tasks, emulation movements, campaigns, making an importantcontribution to the successful implementation of building the Party task,socio-econo development, strengthening the province's defense and security.

After 5 years of implementing the Plan 68 of the StandingCommittee of the Provincial Party Committee, the units have received help fromdifficult communes and villages in various forms, diverse, practical, suitableto the strengths of each unit, meeting the requirements and aspirations of eachcommune and village ... with a total amount of over VND 176 billion. There havebeen 2,787 households rising out of poverty sustainably; 12,340 students who arehelped continue to school.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Standing DeputySecretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Minh Son on behalf ofprovincial leaders recognized and appreciated the results achieved; Hesuggested the Party committees, authorities, Front, unions and agencies andunits continue to promote the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburoassociated with the implementation of Plan 68 of the Provincial StandingCommittee .

Accordingly, continue to bring learning and follow Ho ChiMinh's ideology, morality and style into a voluntary and regular work of Partycommittees, party organizations, authorities, Fatherland Front and political –social organizations, agencies, units and officials, party members, civil servants,union members and team members.

First of all, the leader must uphold the sense ofresponsibility, set an example in studying and following Uncle Ho's example. Atthe same time attaching the implementation of Directive 05 to implementing theCentral Resolution 4 (XII term) on strengthening the construction andadjustment of the Party; prevent, repel the recession of political ideology,lifestyle morality, internal "self-evolutions" and "self-transformation"expressions.

Continue to promote propaganda, construction, discovery,learning, replication of good models; strengthen moral education and lifestylefor the young generation, student students according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology,morality and style.

“The ultimate purpose of implementing Directive 05 and Plan68 is to build a strong and clean Party; improving the material and spirituallife for the people, so that people have a prosperous and happy life ”, Mr.Luong Minh Son emphasized.

On this occasion, the Provincial Standing Party Committee awardedcertificates of merit to 14 collectives with outstanding achievements inimplementing Plan 68 of the Provincial Standing Committee.
